By registering for this international medical conference, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- Registration and Payment: Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Fees must be paid before the conference date to secure participation.
- Participation: The conference organizer reserves the right to deny access to any participant who does not comply with event rules.
- Program Changes: The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.
- Liability: The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Code of Conduct: Participants must behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event without a refund.
- Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for failure to hold the event due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability.
Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information, including name, email, phone number, and payment details, for registration purposes.
- Data Usage: Your information is used for conference-related communications, billing, and event updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
- Security Measures: We implement strict security protocols to protect your personal information.

Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the deadline specified during registration.
- Refund Amounts:
- Full refund: Requests made at least 70 days before the event.
- Partial refund (50%): Requests made 55 days before the event.
- No refund: Requests made less than 54 days before the event.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval.
- Non-Refundable Items: Processing fees and bank charges are non-refundable.
- Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, refund policies will be determined based on feasibility.
Cancellation Policy
- Participant Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, you must notify us in writing. Refunds will be subject to the refund policy.
- Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- If the conference is canceled, participants will receive a full refund.
- If rescheduled, participants may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.
- Substitutions: A registered participant may transfer their registration to another person by notifying the organizer at least 10 days before the event.
- No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
